It is always morally correct to emulate nintendo games
Nintendo isn't even selling most of their best games, there is no amount of money I can give to Nintendo where they will give me a copy of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, or Wind Waker, or Pokemon Black and White, how can they be upset about someone "stealing" products they don't even sell?
Like I was hyped for the new Zelda and Mario & Luigi games... Then the mess with Palworld happened and I stopped caring again.
My feelings are complicated but my usual thing has always been "if hour no longer selling the thing I want then I'm gonna get it" you can't complain about people emulating games if you don't sell the game they want to play anymore. Theyd solve half their problem by just adding shit to the switch
You got to remember though, Japan has no fair use system. Is Nintendo really in the wrong to do shit like this?
