I'll try to finish my post-mortem write-up this week because we could have done some stuff faster and been less nervous about others. A lot of things we did (and people praise some of them) are just risk/stress reduction stuff along with a thought about "what I would like to get from a campaign"

Tracking was essential for my & Kuba's well-being, we would die of nervousness if we couldn't at least roughly check how everything was going. I refresh it several times a day and we even try to keep people updated if their letter sits at a post office for longer than 2-3 days.

Yup, people took a page out of triple-A larpers playbook. Bonus points if you use a non-Euro country and play the currency rates like a more stable forex.
