Tell me your favourite (true) fascinating fact. I’ll start: Syd Barrett was in the studio when Pink Floyd were recording “Shine On You Crazy Diamond”. He left before anyone recognised him and it wasn’t until later when someone said “Hey…. Wasn’t that….?”

Does anybody know, or is anybody is, someone who can talk authoritatively and eloquently about the mind and body benefits of mindfulness? And this person; would they be confident being interviewed on the radio in a few weeks (recorded, not live) for about 20 minutes? Let me know on here or DM. =)
