Sharing b/c: 1) If you're part of an underrepresented group & picked up on this - you're not alone and you're not imagining it. 2) It's sad to hear trainees describing familiar challenges. We can & must do better. These interactions tell you a lot about a field's culture. Let's improve it 3/3
