I missed this news. "Updated vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna and Novavax will be available in either August or September." abcnews.go.com/Health/updat...
Updated COVID-19 vaccines are expected to be rolled out in August or September. Here's everything you need to know about the shots.
And funnily enough. so will my arm. I've gotten into the habit of getting my flu and COVID immunizations together.
I've so little confidence I'll be able to get Novavax in September in my province. A month ago they suspended walk-in shots for people still willing to update their vaccination to the obsolete possibilities.
Just got booster of the old one because I'm flying the end of August. Wish it was sooner.
You probably missed also, because most people did Novavax is also going to be available during "vax season". It might be as hard to actually obtain due to sloppy control in allowing people to get them (ie vaccines are in a pack of 6, drug store hesitant to open a pack for 1 persn). Keep it in mind!
Hoping no later than first week September. Would be best time for me to get ahead of some planned travel.
I'll be in line when they arrive at the UNC Pharmacy
Reeeeeallly hoping it’s August!
I tried to get an updated COVID shot this week but my pharmacy was completely out. I hope they come out soon!
I'm definitely going to go with the Novavax, and get my flu shot at the same time. Novavax has an adjuvant that increases the efficacy of vaccines.
