UPS definitely wasn't going to win a PR war when one of the things workers wanted was air conditioning in August (well all summer, but the strike would be August.) The record breaking heat wasn't going to help UPS's side.

2016 was the most important election of our lifetime and we fucked it up (though I feel it's important to note that Trump DID lose, but became president because of 18th century rules designed to protect slavery). Anyway let's not do that again
