When Roger Corman started New World Pictures in 1970, one of the first films released was Stephanie Rothman's THE STUDENT NURSES. The idea was Larry Woolner's, a theater owner and New World's first sales manager. "Larry had an idea for our 1st film, a student nurse...I said yes."
