Oh dear, I’m sorry. Long term I’d recommend spending some time with a trainer and on calming. I’m afraid I don’t have any further suggestions beyond using a bit of force as above.

You can also work on calming as a training method. Treats, calming voice, lots of gentle pats and getting him used to you handling his face and muzzle

Ok, tricky. We administer meds to our boy, and past dogs, in a golf ball size ball of beef mince. Worth a try as v hidden? Our dogs also tolerate forced admin - thumb pushing meds over back of tongue, hold mouth closed, head tilted back.

To be clear: Meds need to be right now but you can’t grab him and / or administer with a bit of force?
