Plenty of conservatives seem to unironically believe that the only reason there's so much negative news about Trump is because the media has it out for him, and not because he's a genuine piece of shit.
They refuse to learn. They're not stupid, so, why do they refuse to learn? What is stopping them from reporting the demonstrable fact that one party is actively anti-democracy? Why are they not warning about the dangers of the GOP's pseudo-theocracy, a new form of fascist authoritarianism? Hmmm
