Is the Democratic Party really not able to make an issue out of a conservative SCOTUS Justice taking bribes, a Justice who also voted that Congress can't investigate Jan. 6 because it could expose things his wife did, even as a majority of Americans are mad at SCOTUS for removing abortion rights?

Republicans are better at weaponizing power. So if the dems do invent some way to get Clarence out, Trump will be evicting every left leaning judge the day he takes office based on them *insert shouting here*.

Betcha they're afraid of the GOP turning it around on them. Cowardice is always the answer with democratic leadership

If only there were any "Democrats" in real life instead of cronies who agreed to put a (D) by their names.

They don't want their sins exposed. Peeling back the veneer of propriety in the government is likely to damn them all.

Not if it wasn't just Thomas. Remember when there were leaks about Roberts and Sotomayor?

Have you considered how awkward that could make social situations for them though?

The worse the republican party and the consequences of their rule are, the less the democrats have to do and the more they can get away with while still selling themselves as the lesser evil to liberals.
