Perhaps a bit jaded by the state of universities, yes very good on RTB and planning restrictions but agree we need more on social housing and homelessness.

Actually a polytechnic first, then a university, because I grew up in a world that still supported higher education, although Maggie Thatcher chopped my student grant after the first year, I didn't pay stupid fees for what is a basic human right to education.
