Hmmm... So... I wonder if there's a European city with end of year illuminations which are not Christmassy... Like Blackpool, but more so...

Mum is clearing out the attic in the house I grew up in, and asked me if I wanted this. She kept it back specially for me. I am 50 years old.
It will happen one year - I know about the Tokyo Illuminations now, and I LOVE that sort of thing, and that's on top of all the neon signs.
