For the umpteenth time: 1 stop talking about negotiations with Russia; 2 the implication is that Ukraine cannot reclaim all its territories: unacceptable under international law and means more atrocities committed by Russian occupying forces; 3 Russia must be defeated in Ukraine. No halfway. Period.
When Biden, Scholz and Macron force Ukraine under the bus to Minsk III, forcing it to surrender three or four more oblasts apart from Crimea, Putin is rewarded and learns that wars do pay off. And then, after a little while, he will annihilate all of Ukraine, which is his goal.

By not stopping putin unmistakably right at the start of his invasion of Ukraine NATO/UN send a signal to terrorists and dictators that they have nothing to fear. By trying not to escalade they achieved massiv escalation. And still, they are pussyfooting about. Negotiations? NO Weapons? YES

Où on tremble de peur d'être obligé de prendre une décision lorsque des missiles tombent sur un pays membre... Où on avoue à demi mot qu'il n'est pas certain que l'art.5 sera appliqué en cas d'attaque d'un pays membre...où la Russie peut se permettre toute menace sans même une réponse de l'alliance?
L'OTAN a montré son incapacité et Mr Stoltenberg son inutilité. Comme l'UE il faut restructurer cette alliance. Pas facile ? Peut-être, mais à quoi sert ce "machin" où il est nécessaire d'obtenir l'unanimité pour toute décision... où la Turquie joue son jeu personnel tranquillement...
