in one of the slightly higher points, and some people on the barrier islands nearby are doing what they can to build up the sand dune with sea oats and such. little worried about the sea turtle nests after the hurricane with how much of the beach got eroded tho.
Ya... we've doomed the sea turtles ever since I was a kid... its really bad
