Thought I had this morning that I wanna remind folks about: If you're worried about your Bluesky follower number not matching your Twitter follower number, maybe consider how many of your Twitter followers are bots or engagement bait accounts, and don't worry about it too much.

Yeah tbh I don't really care about the number of followers anyway xD. Only, like, 4 or 7 people end up commenting and retreating my stuff anyway so it's actually kinda nice to wipe the slate clean and start over.

There's also the fact that if you've been on twitter for over ten years, there's a good chance some of those old followers have already left twitter for one reason or another and moved without you noticing. In my case, at least several of my long-ago followers are also deceased. Bless their souls.
