oh thats fine, my whole theater cooed and laughed at that.. that’s normal, like laughing during a comedy movie.. this was more like having someone give a commentary of everything thats going on while its happening.. I still had a great time, hope you did too :)
unfortunately a lot of people lack basic social skills and ability to read the room and situation..
yes its a communal shared space, some common etiquette should be observed.. I understnad people singing and dancing during concert showings.. but this was a documentary we were trying to listen and read the translation and they were just being too much..
she just gave me a look and turned away… 😭.. I live in a small country and never see ARMY in the wild.. so I got excited.. but not all is bad, today on my other side set s girl that came alone, i chatted with her and gave her my Jimin Pc i had in my phonecase she was very happy and gave me a hug
and last time I went to the theater to watch The Eras Tour, I heard a girl behind me talking about the guys enlisting and them saving up for the tour when they come back.. I turned around and asked if she’s ARMY, she said yes so I showed her my phone with OT7 background and JK photocard.
but they were ruing everyone else’s..
everyone else was minding their business laughing here and there but they just would not stop, it was really distracting, so 30 minutes in I had to politely ask them to speak more quietly. thankfully they listened. i felt a bit bad cause they are also ARMY so i did not want to ruin ther experience
why do I always have weird interactions with IRL Army. this time 2 young girls maybe 15 yo were sitting next to me in the theater for JK Docu.they were bein obnoxiously loud.they were commenting on every single thing,laughing.. and even purposefully trying to be funny and get reaction from people..
