Well before the almost 20 minutes of 1959's copganda THE FBI STORY starring James Stewart devotes to the Osage Nation murders, there was a blink-and-miss shot of Clarke Gable inking an oil deal with Oklahoma Native Americans in 1940's BOOM TOWN. Earliest cinematic representation in Hollywood?
Like the FBI STORY, the Native americans in BOOM TOWN too have no speaking roles.
