They know full well Haitian immigrants aren't eating pets. They pull this shit out whenever they want to try a race war again; they just mix up whatever's getting eaten depending on their targets. Black people? Random animals. Jewish people? Children. Asian people? Dogs.

Meanwhile they're gleefully shooting their own pets and lobbying to hunt wolves from helicopters (real brave there) and going on secret safaris to hunt tired, starving endangered creatures. It's projection, like everything else racists do.
