I helped (at least a bit, I hope). It is hard to have discussions online; everything polarises really quickly.

It does somewhat throw a personal spanner into the 'kill Hitler early' plot when it also means you would never be born. A great premise for a short SF story.

That's because of The Marmalade Incident with Jabba The Hutt. It involved a misunderstanding around preserves under headwear & Greedo's translation of Jam in my Hat.

The "what if Hitler was killed before 1930" genre is interesting looking at how normal events unfolded. My F-in-Law was an E Ender evacuated to Berks where he passed the 11+ & then on to uni & a family. Without Hitler, that probably doesn't happen & I don't meet his daughter. Cause & effect, eh?

I really don't get this British obsession with having alcohol on any form of transport. A decent cup of tea is all I want. Maybe a glass of red for an evening flight. Otherwise, nope.

Oh I know. I've had to point out to my wife that the funny animal video she shared was AI. Next few years are going to be interesting in a lot of ways, eg whether AI pics, content, conversations should be disclosed to viewer or user by law.

I've just seen people wetting themselves over a tiny white peacock. Definitely AI but these things are going to get harder and harder to spot. Probably indistinguishable to naked eye in about a year or so & we'll have to rely on imagery data analysis.

Liam must be my bloody age to know about Starsky & Hutch so his Nan must be in triple figures. Those centenarians do love a bunny rabbit!

Predator Class sounds depressingly like a cool warship, or kids trainers, or a type of caravan (honestly, these benign lightweight mobile homes from home have the daftest names, like Marauder or Buccaneer or Crusader). Parasite is far more appropriate.
