How is that possible? I guess I see problems with Carpenter and quite a few things about cell signals that give me the hibbie jibbies from a fed perspective.

Here's another 2022 Fulton County murder case where a man was sentenced to life in prison almost SOLELY on the basis of cell phone location evidence, paired with a phone call within 30 minutes of the crime--less evidence than here: Fortson v. State, 313 Ga. 203, 216 (2022)
