WTF Massachusetts? We were first to make gay marriage legal, but we still allow this bullshit? Even NH passed a ban on this shit. Embarrassing!
I just read the comments to see what that was...and while I can absolutely believe this was considered a valid legal tactic (laws always lag behind ethics and social change), I still find it disturbing and disgusting.
This is great news. I do have one question though. When do we get to start using our “straight, white, Christian male, closet case, homophobia driven” panic defense? 🤣
