This is perhaps the best known example of Latin Freestyle. It's an electronic dance genre that started in New York and Miami. Some other top freestyle artists include Exposé, Nu Shooz, and Lisa-Lisa & Cult Jam. It's a fun and unpretentious sound that really represents its era.
