I would say 9.5/10. I love it myself but get tired of others that are afraid of it or ask to take it out. I'm not going to ruin any of your dental work if you know what you're doing!

Never had sex with a guy with a PA. It feels like they are way more common outside the EU, at least that's the impression I get online. I wouldn't be worried about myself but rather about me causing the guy with the PA pain or discomfort. Wouldn't even know how to give a proper HJ. 🥴
