Oh fair, I could list a number of Canadian foods* that should be expunged from our national diet, but traditional poutine isn’t a sin, its a sacrament. Also its not a gravy, its a sauce, *g* * tarte au sucre, Nanaimo bars, donut-holes…mostly desserts, to be honest.

If Canada doesn’t want its desserts I will gladly take them *waits for the truck of Nanaimo bars to roll up to my house*
