How old are you in Internet years without telling your age? I’ve used a DEC Alpha running Netscape. I’ve helped run a BBS. I knew how fast I was connected to Prodigy by modem screech. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

I never used an acoustic modem, but used a 300bps modem in high school lab because I wasn’t allowed one at home because my parents were afraid I’d become a hacker. I compiled PGP in college when it was banned due to the RSA lawsuit and setup an automated script to reupload everytime it got deleted.
