The moment that really stood out to me on my last read through is when Sam is watching the Haradrim and he’s like “I bet these guys also wish they were back home”

Sometimes people are being nice and they express that through the lens of their faith, it is in fact extremely normal. (3/3)

I said no, thinking she meant in her own time, but she apparently meant then and there, in public. As an atheist with social anxiety I was deeply uncomfortable with the whole thing. But at no point did I think “Man, Christian Nationalism has really gone too far” because I’m not an idiot. (2/3)

I definitely have special interests but I can’t guarantee I’m neurotypical (at some point I’ll probably get a neuropsych eval but I’ve been putting it off for *reasons*). I am also mystified by people who don’t have (or seem not to have) special interests. Like, what do their brains do all day?

Oh and I forgot Valley, that game is super underrated.

Yeah, not only are all the abilities tied to OoPs so you’re always learning about some new piece of the world, but I don’t know of any other game that puts significant abilities in side missions, which really encourages exploration.
