Problem is, CPT coding doesn't differentiate between "ordered for a reason that is zero cost to the member under the contract" and "ordered for a reason that is subject to member cost sharing". Or at least I do not know that it does that, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

It seems possible that it could, but that those are ✨ different ✨ CPT codes and the person submitting the invoice used the wrong ones 🙃
