i don't know as much about PSL, but my understanding is that many of these same dynamics are at play there. fyi if you were gonna join one of those, PSL is 1000x better than CPUSA because they have at least been on the frontlines of palestine protests since october

i think this mostly comes down to their leadership just having a better position than CPUSA's does, but that does count for something at least
