It might work well in primary where work loads are worse than secondary I think- I like the model 9 day fortnight as per Dixon best - I worked in it other jobs and it was brilliant
Thing is 2 days a week I have meetings/training after school. Most teachers also run a club and/or do revision session at least once a week. I also have form time every morning so that would need to be covered...
