I am not that happy about the beehive proposals because that retail space is generally well used however the grafton centre proposal look like they are going ahead with lab space and that works well I think

Well obviously it would have been better to build it earlier - not been any reservoirs built in England since 1992 and it's quite possible the government will speed it up - pretty much anywhere in Cambridgeshire isn't high above sea level so I am not sure I see the revalance
New reservoir is planned for Cambridgeshire already
