I find it’s not great at helping me catch cognitive over-exertion or visual stimulation (for me, driving is brutal, but it doesn’t always jack up my heart rate). I think it helps me maintain consistency in tracking symptoms and habits without being obsessive.

Agree! I’ve now got my pace points set at a level which is a bit lower than I could probably manage, as I’ve ’baked in’ some contingency for cognitive effort.
