If the fact that a judge did it creates an irrebuttable presumption that the judge acted ethically because a judge would not act unethically, then what is the point of this guy's field? It has been rendered wholly moot by a single circular argument.

Does this not just mean that a normal person wouldn't believe someone in Alito's position would do something so ridiculous because its ridiculous? It doesn't mean that Alito didn't do it, just that its unbelievable. Which seems to be the basis for politics now...
