The Arcane University is not a part of the Empire, we are an independent entity! We are on an island off the coast which is technically “Imperial Territory” but we are not affiliated with the Imperial Government or beholden to them in any way, and we have our own set of laws and rules.
Then I'd be more than happy to set up a branch, if there's interest.
