Killing civilians isn't a warcrime. It sucks to say that, but it isn't. Insurgents not respecting uniform rules unfortunately means identifying bad guys is hard, mistakes get made. The incident in that video also wasn't a drone, that was a helicopter, all parties were present on the battlefield.

So, what, we all just throw our hands up in the air and give up on even *attempting* to identify noncombatants? Everyone in the place we decide to fight is a combatant, sans anyone else's input, kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out? Fuck that with a hedge trimmer and fuck you for downplaying it.
