We've got a suburban HS whose name starts with an 'O' and their logo is basically Oregon's. I keep thinking 'wow, there are a lot of Oregon fans here in SW Ohio' and then remember it's the HS logo.

I've live in the Dayton area for several decades. and even 10 years ago I was thinking if I could afford to I'd retire to northern Arizona or New Mexico. Now? Might as well stay in the Midwest.

Thing is, most of my direct supervisors have been pretty good. But maybe focus less on having cheese and silos and whatever the hot new managing trend is and instead focus on the actual employees and all their quirks and working styles.
