google says 3.1 million licensed drivers in oregon. that would mean 62,000 people say they caused an accident last month. for comparison a collision lawyer in portland says there's roughly 3000, plus unreported. OMV says there were 45,000 road accidents in total in 2021. so yeah seems wrong
