Fuck Kennedy!
Um, kinda buried the fact that he was disqualified from being in the ballot, not because of how many signatures he collected, but because...he doesn't actually live at the address he used!
"But multiple individuals with ties to the Democratic party challenged Kennedy’s addition to the ballot, and two New York state courts ordered Kennedy removed from the ballot, finding that he used an invalid address on the nominating petition."
Why are you misleading readers?
Am I missing something? If he had withdrawn from the race then why is he suing to have his name added to the ballot? Perhaps he thinks it will aid Trump? He is an unusual man.
This headline sucks, NPR. State plainly why he was disqualified.
NY, the fuck are you doing? Y'all want the old fascist to win? (The answer is "probably, that'd make sense with how they act")
Olivia Nuzzi is impressed by his stamina
Very strange….Reading the headline and article you wouldn’t learn that in some states he is suing to stay on the ballot while in others he sues to be removed from the ballot.
