I should clarify that it would be the second operating enrichment plant in the country of any owner. The only one right now is in New Mexico, under Urenco
Asterisk under "operating", I guess! Centrus has a small demonstration cascade for HALEU in Ohio, which is spinning! 16 centrifuges isn't much though. They also want to expand, assuming there's a market for HALEU. So there's 3 companies interested in enriching at the commercial scale in the country
