Can you actually just back that up though? Because just saying it, especially here on bluesky, makes it seem like you're just mad that nobody takes conservatives seriously. Why the hell do we need a strong conservative party that's different from the democrats?

Did anyone say it had to be a conservative party that's different from the Democrats tho? It would be better to have the spectrum be the Dems vs a functional leftie party than to have it be the Trumpists vs the Dems (who range from conservative to left, all kludged together in one tent) like now.
