What I can’t get past with Crackergate is that it evidences racial bias in the code of the algorithm running moderation. If the algo thinks “cracker” is hate speech equal to the N-word, humans taught it that. That makes me incredibly uncomfortable. And it hints at more biases lurking in the code.
