My weight loss attempt is not going so well. Since I started a new job a month ago, I am getting so much less exercise and with the holidays I am having a hard time not indulging in my tendency to overeat.

Definitely feel this finding harder and harder to motivate myself to work out afterwards plus with the cold and sickness lately
