I guess it could be fun to try to just write that as a fic. WoL-centric, just your average Right Kind who slowly rises in the ranks of the Forgotten. Ends up taking more and more jobs… ends up in deep shit and kills Elidibus in a really sexy way or smth.
The final job in the series was to set a heretical totem in the heart of the Church (but guess what? That’s the focus of the seal that the 1000 Eyes had been slowly drawing across the city from decades past, and now the new moon has risen and immortal eyes are blind to the world!)
Like whoops, that relic you vandalised from that treasury to “send a message” was actually one of the last safeguards the city had to keep the demons at bay!!!
I had an entire campaign planned that I wanted to write and publish for free where you would take on jobs + slowly become complicit in the 1000 Eyes’ plot to use the city as a souls-source to open a rift into the Exiled Gods’ void.

Elidibus had once been a pious member of the Church of the Silver Judge; he was soon found to have great magical gifts that led him to being discovered by the 1000 Eyes. Then, once subsumed by the cult, believed that he is the Emissary of the Old Gods.
The Ascians’ fervour was translated to that of the Thousand Eyes; their goals beyond installing a magocracy in the city of New Dunhaven was the resurrection of the fallen Old Gods, the chief of whom was Zodiark.
Man I had so many great ideas in the past and never executed them. Based off of Dusk City Outlaws, initially planned in 2021 or something. Drawing was sometime during asphodelos.
