They're already end-running it by the Supreme Court. They'll say that the Presidency is not an "office" under the technical interpretation and this won't matter either.
I doubt SCOTUS will let that stand. Trump was never convicted or even charged with insurrection. So, SCOTUS will likely overturn that very quickly. 🤔
