U.S. intelligence agencies have told their closest European allies that if Russia is going to launch a nuclear weapon into orbit, it will probably do so this year. The agencies are divided in their opinion about what President Vladimir Putin is planning.

The American assessments are divided, however, and President Vladimir Putin denied having such an intention, saying that Russia was “categorically against” it.

This reeks of Iraq WMD scaremongering bullshit. Who cares if they put a nuke in space? It's no more dangerous than the thousands of other nukes on earth pointing at each other right now. Just higher. Let's talk nuclear proliferation and the Saudi government (and 9/11)

Well I sure hope he doesn’t! This war in Ukraine isn’t working out for anyone but resorting to nukes is a threat to worldwide life!

El problema es que con eso, Rusia va a contar con algo que amenazar a EEUU, cada vez que éste quiera involucrarse

Also, is this just more nuclear fear to force capitulation in Ukraine. It’s certainly worked so far in this conflict.

"Agencies are divided" This isn't complicated. Putin, like Trump, will do exactly what he thinks he can get away with. Reporting like this tells him whether he can get away with it.

The same agencies who told us about wmd 😏 couldn't prevent election interference and still don't know how it was done and the same happened with the fake story plantes in FBI about Hunter Biden 😏 if I can't trust them who can I trust.
