That’s the eventual plan. It was policy during his administration under Miller, although under the radar. And now it’s the centerpiece of his campaign.
If he has not said so outright, I am certain that he wishes to remove US citizenship from people who were born there. Anyone whose bloodlines or fitness or political correctness he does not approve of.
