Definitely devoted. When she appeared here (nice "midwest" city), the people losing their minds were in their 20's-40's & took their kids to boot. Watched as people in my dept. used ALL the phones to order tickets for her NEXT show in the area (90 min away) - a yr in advance. Swifties don't play.
