Remember April 2018, when Patrick Soon-Shiong told his employees at the Los Angeles Times they were moving to El Segundo immediately because Onni Group had raised the rent by $1 M/mo? The Times campus being empty helped Jose Huizar mark the Chandler wing for demolition. Hinky.

A few years back a wax museum was going out of business & my writing partner splurged to buy these amazing figures of Tommy & his brother Dick. We were lucky to have Tom visit our office one afternoon to hang out with the fake Tommy that he posed for 30 years earlier. R.I.P. to this comedy legend.
