me too. i thought i was the only one who avoids video/audio. in fact, i can’t wait for the transcripts of trusted podcasts to arrive.

They make a larger claim on my time and environment than texts do. I don't mind a podcast now and then, particularly for a commute, but I like to retain the free user of my eyes. And if I don't know you or at least your reputation, I'm surely not going to watch a whole video to see what you say.
