And so I can finally announce the big news: I have recently passed my PhD viva, with no corrections. I am very happy and thankful to everyone who has supported me on this journey, and most of all to my brilliant supervisors including @annaalexandrova.bsky.social!

I hope to be able to repay the debt one day by being a supportive mentor to my own students, and by helping to turn academia into a more inclusive and understanding space.

Even though the dissertation was produced under difficult circumstances - first the pandemic, then my country being invaded - I have been lucky to receive a lot of help and support.
