This is exactly what Disney spent about 72 hrs saying they were going to do with the lady who died of anaphylaxis after being exposed to an allergen because of a Disney+ T&C... which Disney didn't lose on, they were just publically shamed out of it, this time.

There is some sort of a PR aspect to Disney, to Uber not so much I reckon.

I think Uber may have less shame (and less brand reputation to defend)
